Matthew 7:24, ‘Therefore anyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.’

We live in a competitive world where people want to succeed at all cost. They throw caution to the wind and many have been destroyed. Tragically, there are those that succeed and fail to sustain their success and it evaporates into thin air like vapour.

Proverbs 10:22, ‘The Blessings of the Lord brings wealth, and He adds no trouble to it.’

God’s purpose to bless you is for you to be able to enjoy your blessing
There are others who have succeeded in areas like education, work, ministry and business. But the question is, can you sustain your blessing? How long will it last?

The danger of building something
Matthew 7:24-whatever you are doing equate it to building a house. In the process of building, something may happen. You may out grow your foundation; it may be in ministry, education, career, business, sport, art or politics. Due to this, your foundation will begin to crack, the house will fall and you may lose everything you built in years.

You will be able to sustain the storm and temptations that come to you. No matter how big because you have built a strong foundation.

But without character you will falter. If you build on a weak foundation, the storms coming will break you, because you don’t have the capacity to withstand them.

God’s desire is for you to enjoy your blessing. God wants to bless you in this year of manifestation, but do you have the strength to take what God has for you.
